Postage Rates

To see the exact postage charge before payment please view your shopping cart and select your country and postal/zip code. Then click Update Cart and the postage and packing charge will be shown.

Here is a guide to the postal charges that you can expect to see:

UK
Small packages (under £10.00) £2.00
Orders over £10.00
Standard (up to 3 days) £4.95
Express Service £6.95

Europe
Standard Airmail (5 to 14 days) 20% Order Value (Minimum charge £3 – Max charge £30.00)
For Express (UPS/ FedEx or equivalent service) (up to 3 days) there is an additional charge of £30.00

USA and Canada
Standard Airmail (5 to 21 days) 30% Order Value (Minimum charge £4 Max charge £35.00)
For Express (UPS/ FedEx or equivalent service) (up to 3 days) there is an additional charge of £35.00

Rest of the World
Standard Airmail (7 to 28 days) 40% Order Value (Minimum charge £5 Max charge £45.00)
For Express (UPS/ FedEx or equivalent service) (up to 3 days) there is an additional charge of £45.00

International postage will NOT include duty, taxes, brokerage, or other customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your postal service regarding customs fees you may incur.

Delivery Schedule

We normally dispatch all items within 1 day of your order. Depending on location and delivery method, international orders are generally received in under 14 days (Most are delivered within 7 days of order placement). UK orders should arrive within 3 days.

Our handmade automata may take longer to deliver than other items.
We aim to dispatch these items within 21 days of receiving the orders, (but it is often sooner than this).
