Michelangelo’s fresco covering the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel is world-famous, but it doesn’t tell the whole truth. Looking at the history of mankind unprejudiced there is a second chapter following the creation of Adam – this is told by the model. The handle moves two snail cams, these cams control two levers. One of them raises and lowers the divine forearm and the other lowers Adam into the ground and lets him come up again.
