Lillienthal’s Descendant
Once Otto Lilienthal jumped down a hill in Germany with his flying machine. As he flew, he studied the principles of aerodynamics and flight in birds. The model is hung up by string, the wings, propeller, rudder and arms and legs of the pilot are moveable.
