4 Crank Mechanisms

With the cutout “Crank Mechanisms” you can assemble four devices: ordinary crank motion, oscillating lever with connecting rod, oscillating lever with enlarged hole, crank slider.

The four crank mechanisms transform the rotation of the crank in different ways. The ordinary crank mechanism converts a uniform rotation in a non-uniform reciprocating motion. The oscillation lever with tie rod and the oscillating lever with slot crank-crank motion convert a rotary motion into an oscillating motion. The crank slider transforms a rotation into a combined motion up and down and from side to side.
